When chapter get above 40 good members everything is easier. Referrals are easier to find as here are more people to find them for – more people are looking for referrals for you – visitors see clearly ‘whatÂ’s in it for meÂ’ and conversion rates increase – members want to be present therefore absences go down – there is a natural buzz in the room – members get more £££Â’s each year. Constant Referrals from 1-1's
To find quality referrals for someone you need to know them, like them, understand what they do, see the opportunities for them and know how to introduce them. 1-2-1Â’s are by far the most effective way to get to know each other so that you can find diamond referrals. Hone your 1-2-1 skills by joining us...........
By the end of each session you will leave with:
• A greater understanding of the importance of this element of networking
• Awareness of how you are currently performing in this area
• Tips and behaviours to improve your performance
• Strategies to encourage you to try different things and step out of your comfort zone

BNI is a team sport and the more of your chapter you can get along to these sessions the more successful your team will become. You do not get picked for the England squad by simply turning up for 90 minutes each week!!

You will know from your Chapter Director that part of your commitment to your Chapter is attendance at Member Success Training within 60 days of joining BNI.

Member Success Training is suited to new and seasoned members of your chapter to help you learn how to get the best out of BNI, including presentation skills tailored to the way a BNI Chapter works, showing you how to get introductions to a targeted market. It is also essential to understand the importance of "building a network" in BNI, the central plank of BNI activity. Finally, we will dispel the worry that you might not be able to find referrals for fellow members, and put you on route to developing your skills to recognise opportunities that are around you most of the time.

We are all looking for opportunities to networker but do we make the most of all networking opportunities. That does not mean becoming such a bore that your friends run a mile or your children leave home. Natural networking is a balance of many things join us to find out more....
